1. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the management of the institute to which payment was made. Databox Technologies Private Limited does not make refund decisions on behalf of any institute.
The institute's management determines who qualifies for a refund and the timeframe within which refund requests must be submitted.
2. Refund Types
Institutes may offer full or partial refunds at their discretion. The type of refund granted depends on the institute's own refund terms and the circumstances of each request.
For online payments, refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Cash payments are refunded directly by the institute.
3. Supporting Documentation
Institutes may request supporting documentation to verify refund requests. For online payments, you may be asked to provide payment receipts or transaction details as proof of purchase before a refund is processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
If classes or course content have already been accessed or watched by the student, refunds may not be applicable. The institute's management retains the authority to make this determination on a case-by-case basis.
5. Digital Products and Services
For online courses, video content, and digital services provided through the Edumix platform, the institute maintains full authority to decide whether a refund is applicable. Decisions may take into account the extent to which the content has been accessed.
6. Institute's Refund Decision
Databox Technologies Private Limited does not handle refund decisions. All refund decisions are made exclusively by the management of the respective institute. By using the Edumix platform to enroll in courses or purchase services from an institute, you agree that refund eligibility is governed by that institute's policies.
